2025年10月24日(金)にワシントンD.C. 日本大使館にて「7th White Collar Crime Workshop 2025」を開催いたします（オンライン同時配信）。

このワークショップは、米国、英国、日本、およびその他の国における企業犯罪、コーポレートガバナンスやコンプライアンスに関する諸問題について、現役の当局担当者、実務家と研究者とが垣根を越えて議論するグローバルなプラットフォームです。具体的には、企業犯罪の執行状況に関連する世界的動向、人工知能などの最先端テクノロジーを対象とするガバナンス、テクノロジーを活用した新たなガバナンス手法、内部通報制度を含むコンプライアンス・プログラムの実効性や、データプライバシーと社内調査、組織風土といったトピックを取り上げます。

7th White Collar Crime Workshop 2025 will be held on Friday 24 October 2025 at the Embassy of Japan, Washington D.C.

This workshop aims to provide a global platform to discuss corporate governance and compliance-related issues faced by companies worldwide. Topics of interest to both practitioners and academics in the US, UK, Japan and other countries will be covered, including but not limited to global enforcement trends about corporate crimes; the governance of advanced technology such as artificial intelligence (“AI”); the effectiveness of corporate compliance programs, including whistleblowing systems; and data privacy; internal investigations; and corporate culture.
