The aim of this workshop is to provide a global platform to discuss corporate governance and compliance-related issues faced by companies worldwide. Topics of interest to both practitioners and academics in the US, UK, Japan and other countries will be covered, including: global enforcement trends in relation to corporate crimes; the governance of advanced technology such as artificial intelligence (“AI”); evaluation of effectiveness of corporate compliance programs, and labor law, data privacy and internal investigations, corporate climate. |
